2008 SHORT COURSE MEET SCHEDULE

Memphis Tiger Swim Meet   January 16 - 18, 2009

Prelim / Finals for all swimmers.  Great preparation for short course state!

Hampton Inn, 5320 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN  38119  (901) 683-8500.

Mention Hurricane Swim Club when calling for reservations.  Ten Double Rooms, Twenty King Study with full sofa sleeper, and Fifteen King Standard  Rooms.  Room rate is $94.00 a night and includes a hot breakfast each morning.  Breakfast will be available at 6:00 a.m.

Deadline for reservations is December 26, 2008.

LA Short Course State Championship Meet at Sulpur, LA Feb 12 - 15

Due to room shortages, there are two hotels.

1.    Wingate by Windham, 300 Arena Rd., Sulphur, LA  (337) 527-5151.

Ask for Hurricane Swim Club when making your reservation.  Ten Double Rooms with hot breakfast at 6:00 a.m. each morning.  Rate is $90.00 per night. Each room has a microwave and mini-fridge.

Deadline for reservations is January 22, 2009.

2.    La Quinta Inn, Arena Rd.,Sulphur, LA  70665 (337) 527-8303

Next door to the Wingate.  Twenty-five Double Rooms at $89.00 per night.  Five King Rooms at $94 per night.  Breakfast available for 6:00 a.m.

Sectional Meet at Texas A&M  March 5 - 8, 2009

This meet is for qualifiers only!!

Mention Hurricane Swim Club / Speedo Champions Series Group #100689 when making your reservation.  Ten Queen Rooms and Ten King Rooms at $90 or $95 a night which includes hot breakfast daily.

Deadline for reservations is February 18, 2009.
