Junior/Senior Gold Silver Red White Blue

Highest level
practice group.
Usually comprised of 15 and older swimmers.
Swimmers must apply for consideration to become a part of this group. A
total commitment is a must with no exceptions. Plus, swimmers must fulfill the
requirements for selection to the group.
Junior / Senior Group Practice
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 5:30 - 7:30 a.m.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday - 6:30 - 8:30 a.m.
Attendance requirement of 95 - 100%.

Usually comprised of 15 and older swimmers.
Gold Group Practice
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 5:30 - 7:30 a.m.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday - 6:30 - 8:30 a.m.
Attendance requirement of 90 - 95%.

Usually comprised of swimmers between 12 and 14.
Swimmers must have maintained a suitable level
of conditioning to enter the Silver Group.
Silver Group Practice
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 5:30 - 7:30 a.m.
Saturday - 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Attendance requirement is 80 - 85%.

Usually comprised of swimmers between 9 and 12. Some new incoming swimmers who are a little older may be placed in this group.
Red Group Practice
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday - 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Attendance requirements is 75%.

9 & 10 year old swimmers.
White Group Practice
Tuesday & Thursday - 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday - 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Attendance requirement of 70%.

comprised of all 8-and-under swimmers. Some new 9-and-10- year-olds may be
placed in Blue, if deemed appropriate by coach.
Blue Group Practice
Tuesday & Thursday - 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday - 10:00 - 11:0 a.m.
Attendance requirement of 65%.
